There are100 olives in the basket, 60 of the olives are תרומה. 60% evenly split between the תרומה and the חולין olives are טמא 60% of 60 תרומה is טמא equals 36 olives תרומה טמאה 60% of 40 חולין  is טמא equals 24 olives חולין טמאה 40% of 60 תרומה is  טהור equals 24 olives תרומה טהורה 40% of 40 חולין is טהור equals 16  olives חולין טהורה רוב (60%) tells me the olive is תרומה רוב (60%) tells me the olive is טמא רוב (64%) tells me it is not תרומה טמאה So what is it? Being we have a רוב that it is not תרומה טמאה Therefore, a) A כהן eating it might not be עובר on the   איסור עשה  of תרומה טמאה  b) It might not need שריפה unlike תרומה טמאה which needs שריפה"
