GUT YOM TOV* This תפילה is said every single day of the year (Weekday-Shabbos- YomTov) except for the day after Yom Kippur.    ממחרת יום הכיפורים The Tefillah,(-- יהר"מ שיהא זה חשוב ומקובל לפניך כאילו הקרבתי) some say after each קרבן (in קרבנות before שחרית & מנחה) is not said after קרבן אשם תלוי the day after Yom Kippur. The 'שו"ת שב יעקב סימן ב quotes the ב"י on the very first טור who explains, according to the טור, we do say this Tefillah after  קרבן אשם תלוי since the Mishna says that בבא בן בוטא donated  every day a קרבן אשם תלוי   therefore even though we don't  pasken like him but you may say the Tefillah. The שב יעקב concludes that since the Mishna says that except for one day in the year, the day after Yom Kippur בבא בן בוטא did not bring an אשם תלוי therefore the Tefillah should not be said on the day after Yom Kippur. *The יוסף אומץ תתרטwrites to greet each other on מוצאי יו"כ when leaving Shul or arriving home, by saying "GUT YOM TOV" (not Gut Voch) י
