Hence “הלכה” the מהלך (course) in this world is   
(עשיו (טבע)  שונא ליעקב (למעלה מדרך הטבע.

 

והיה ביום ההוא – בקרוב ממש when the הנהגה of this world will

be למעלה מן דרך הטבע and we will have שלום על ישראל."
