THERE IS NO GREATER MITZVAH THAN?

   ט"ו באב
THERE IS NO GREATER MITZVAH THAN?

The מהרש"ל in ים של שלמה סוף פ' מרובה writes that  ט"ו באב
was the last day of cutting the wood for the מזבח and therefore
it was made into a Yom Tov because when completing a Mitzvah
it is a Yom Tov.

For the same reason we celebrate and are בשמחה when
making a סיום
There is no greater Mitzvah than learning and being מסיים
a מסכת especially if one starts a new מסכת.

Even those who didn't learn but just by participating are
performing a מצוה רבה.
