The ר' בחיי writes when Yakov gave Yosef the כתונת פסים
he handed him the שם of the כ"ב אותיות (the שם of 22 lettersof ברכת כהנים)
1) The שם of כ"ב are the 22 ראשי תיבות of the תפילה*
found in ספר צרור המור פ' נשא
אל נא קרב תשועת מצפיך אנקתם
פחדך סר תוציאם ממאסר פסתם
פדה סועים פתח סומים ישעך מצפים פספסים
דלה יוקשים וקבץ נפוצים סמוך י"ה מפלתנו דיונסים
2) The שם of מ"ב are the ראשי תיבות42 of אנא בכח
(אב"ג ית"ץ) etc.
3) The שם of ע"ב are the 72 letters in each of the
3 פסוקים of ויסע-ויבא-ויט שמות י"ד : י"ט - כ"א
(various combinations)
The 'מג"א קכ"ז ס"ק ג quotes the צרור המור
to say the complete תפילה during ברכת כהנים
For some reason, most Siddurim have only
the ראשי תיבות.
