Clearer Kalir

 

        

 

 

                        שבת פרשת פרה  

In the סילוק of פרשת פרה, The קליר has eight different
expressions how human's can't describe, explain, or
understand the wonders, secrets & the depth
of the Torah.

Meforshim explain this Stanza is based on
the פרקי דר' אלעזר who enumerates the
seven wonders of the world.

The Kalir by using 8 different expressions on the wonders
of the Torah, is suggesting that the Torah is even more
wonderous than the 7 wonders of the world

Perhaps we can add to this with the מהר"ל who says 
"Up to seven is טבע. Eight is למעלה מן הטבע".
The 7 wonders of the world is טבע. Torah & its secrets
are למעלה מן הטבע
