HOW TO COMMEMORATE GIMMEL TAMMUZ THIS YEAR

WEEKDAY TALLIS FOR GIMMEL TAMMUZ In the entire Shas Bavli or Yerushalmi, Tur & Shulchan Aruch there is only one single  Halacha mentioned regarding Yahrzeits:  "fasting on that day". The של"ה מג"א באר היטב רע"א add to this Halacha to fast also on the Yahrzeit of his Rebbie. Chasidim argue on the above and consider the Yahrzeit of a Rebbie or אדם גדול  as a Yom Tov based on the Zohar who calls it a יומא דהילולא The Chasam Sofer had an argument with R.Efraim Zalman Margolis zt"l re Pshat in the Zohar. The Chasam Sofer  says that it is a יומא דהילולא only in heaven but not for us earthlings.
