ברוך דיין האמת



1) The Bais Yosef writes to say ברוך דיין האמת before קריאת התורה on Tisha Bav.
2) The Darkei Moishe (Rema) writes our Minhag is not to do so.
3) The Mogen Avraham writes it is preferable to say it quietly.
