Why


On Purim morning we do קריאת התורה first and then קריאת מגילה.
 It is done so rightfully because of the rule of תדיר ושאינו תדיר, תדיר קודם 

Why do we Lein מגילות רות ,שה"ש & קהלת before קריאת התורה ?
