According to both Reb Moishe Feinstien & R.Y.S. Elyashuv zt"l :
If someone Davens in a
Chasidishe Shul where Tachanun is not said on a Yahrzeit of a
Tzadik. If he hasn't managed to convince them that it is
against the Halacha, then he should say Tachanun on his own.There
is no problem of לא תתגודדו or יוהרא
(haughtiness)
