(O.Ch.282:14) writes If someone
is the only one who is
capable of reading the Haftorah
on Shabbos Chazon in
a mournful and somber tone,
then even if he had an Aliya
(7קרואים) he should be Oleh
a second time for Maftir, so that he will lein the
Haftorah with the proper
Niggun.
