Shulchan Aruch (Y.D.
322 :5) חלת חוץ לארץ may be eaten by a כהן who is טמא
מת, as long as he is not טמא בטומאה היוצא מגופו.
After going to the Mikveh
(no need to wait for הערב שמש) he may eat the חלה
The רמ"א adds , “when eating, even חלת חוץ לארץ, the כהן first
makes a Bracha Rishono
(Hmotzie, Mezonos) and thenv he makes the Bracha
"אשר קדשנו בקדושתו של אהרן וצונו לאכול תרומה"
