Chanukah Licht a Torah command

1) When is lighting Chanukah Licht a מצוה דאורייתא ? The שו"ת דברי מלכיאל ח"ד ס"א holds that the מצוה דאורייתא of והייתם נקיים applies even when people suspect him of violating an איסור דרבנן. A חצר שיש לו ב' פתחים, (front & back entrances) where one needs to light at both doors, so they don't suspect him of not lighting the Menorah, lighting at the second door is a מצוה דאורייתא of והייתם נקיים.
